  • Service Engineer

    Job Responsibilities:


    • Troubleshoot, install, maintain and repair on designated devices 
    • Determine the materials and supplies necessary for the maintenance process, and follow up with the warehouses and the suppliers the availability of the parts in a timely manner 
    • Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
    • Provide technical consultations regarding all aspects of maintenance for technicians to ensure that the work is carried out as required
    • Maintain tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated
    • Implement quality improvement programs in order to reduce the costs of maintenance operations.
    • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
    • Provide sales assistance if needed
    • Attend all required training.
    • All new and assigned tasks related to the job

    Qualifications:

    • Experience 1 to 3 years as service engineer
    • Well, deep and professional knowledge in light current & security industry.
    • Bachelor of Electrical or electronics Engineering
    • Good English (Speaking and Writing)
    • High sense of responsibility and ownership with ability to manage his tasks with the minimum level of supervision.

  • Logistics Coordinator

    Silicon21-NITS is a leading value-added distributor in the Egyptian market for more than 24 years; is hiring a Logistics Coordinator with the following criteria

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for starting the clearance process for clearing the products ordered & shipped, and responsible for tracking the shipment status from shipment arrival through delivery to company’s warehouse.
    • Communicate with vendors/product managers to ensure smooth handling and efficient flow of shipments and documents 
    • Communicate with the clearance companies to clear the goods in the most timely and efficient manner while targeting cost reduction, clearance expenses savings and contractual requirements.
    • Prepare and follow up customs duty documentation requirements, such as permissions and exemptions, as well as obtaining all required approvals from the local authority on time.
    • Recruit efficient logistics services’ providers, monitor their performance and do periodical assessment to ensure sustainable improvement of logistics activities.
    • Guarantee the yearly renewal of all Customs related paperwork and licenses.
    • Process and follow up supplier & logistics services provider’s payments.
    • Keep good records and documentation and prepare accurate reports and invoices for upper management and customers.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree with 5+ years of experience 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English)
    • Must have previous experience in dealing with public security and NTRA
    • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment
    • Positive attitude & a high level of personal credibility and integrity

  • Sales Account Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners to generate new business to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets
    • Act as trusted advisor to partner providing, either directly or indirectly, best guidance on how to maximize use of Silicon21-NITS solutions and services to achieve current and future strategic goals.
    • Act as the point of contact to ensure all partner’s needs are met quickly and professionally and all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
    • Leads all aspects of the sales process, to assist in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management.
    • Perform Marketing activities and coordinate with sales support & marketing team to prepare seminars, exhibitions, trainings, and giveaways as required
    • Submit weekly, monthly and as requested business reports to management; ensure optimum use of online tools and resources as advised by management

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree with 3+ years of experience
    • Preferred experience as a sales account manager or sales account executive preferably in the physical security, light current and video surveillance industry
    • Hands on experience in sales in similar distributor environment and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience is preferred
    • Active, energetic and passionate to exceed revenue target by developing and nurture retail partners’ network
    • Able to deal with people at all levels within an organization, and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers.

  • Channel Account Manager

    JOB Description:-

    • Understand customer business needs, and build short and long-term relationships to drive mutually beneficial results.
    • Discuss the retailers’ stock and delivery requirements and negotiate prices and discounts.
    • Work closely with sales administrators and other departments such as logistics and accounting to ensure that retailers receive a high standard of service.
    • Achieve the annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and goals.
    • Collaborate with the Sales manager to execute the sales strategy which includes defining clear objectives and challenging goals to gain market share.
    • Keep internal systems and tools updated that company needs to achieve business objectives
    • Support MarComms team activities including but not limited to digital/social media campaigns, increasing awareness and sell-through with target demographics, and planning and deploying demos/sampling events.
