Pre-sales Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
-Design of security and Low current systems (Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, …etc.)
-Assist sales team by delivery of technical presentations, seminars and leading technical meetings with customer
-Collaborate with project teams to have a successful implementation of the project with minimum cost
-Deliver technical presentations internally and externally
-Develop relationships and communicate with customer technical staff
-Remain updated with relevant technology developments through ongoing personal development
Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Electrical or electronics Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience
-Professional knowledge in light current & security industry, cybersecurity knowledge is a plus
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English)
-Positive attitude & a high level of personal credibility and integrity

Light Current - Site Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation, commissioning, configuration and testing of different CCTV, AC & PA products following the set schedules
- Create documentations for delivered projects and follow up with customers after installations.
- Responsible for demos & POC presented to customers
- Diagnose Hardware or Software faults and support customers onsite.
- Collaborates with project manager in quote preparation and deliver detailed project plans and work breakdown.
- Provide technical consultations regarding all aspects of site engineering for technicians to ensure that the work is carried out as required
- Provide sales assistance if needed
- Attend all required training.
- All new and assigned tasks related to the job
Qualifications:
- Experience 3 to 5 years as site engineer
- Well, deep and professional knowledge in light current & security industry.
- Ability to revise shop drawing for all low current systems.
- Bachelor of Electrical or electronics Engineering
- Good English (Speaking and Writing)
- High sense of responsibility and ownership with ability to manage his tasks with the minimum level of supervision.
